how long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 days, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days. Shipping times may take a little bit longer during the Holiday Season. Ideally you should receive your shipment in a week, plus/minus a day or two.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After a few hours, most items are already in the printing process, and we won't be able to stop it. We will try, but if that happens, the item will be delivered to you, and you’ll need to return it to our warehouse before we can issue a refund. Sorry, but that's how fast the print shop is trying to get your order out!
what if something is wrong with my shirt?
Hopefully your order is perfect, but in an imperfect world, especially the T-shirt world, things do occasionally happen.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered with free returns or exchanges—just notify us within 30 days and include a quick photo so we can make it right.
We should get back to you within 2 business days (usually sooner!). The main thing to know, is that whatever issue might have occurred, it WILL get resolved.
can i return or exchange my shirt
Yes you can! If you’d like to request a return or exchange, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your item by contacting us at attention@onlychild.ltd. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers cover return shipping for standard returns or exchanges not involving damaged products.
how should i wash my shirt?
- Turning the Tshirt inside out is recommended to protect the print.
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam or dry: low heat
- Do not dry clean
